About This Role
- Lead software development for Astra® SL Series Embedded AI-native Linux SoCs, including device drivers for GPU, Display, and Camera.
- Develop bare metal drivers for silicon bring-up stages pre- and post-silicon.
- Provide technical leadership across software lifecycle phases and mentor teams for successful production releases.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in CSE, ECE, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 12+ years relevant industry experience; 8+ years in embedded firmware/hardware.
- Expertise in device driver development for Display, GPU, Audio, Camera on Linux platforms.
- Strong skills in C/C++, Linux kernel drivers, system programming, and debugging; experience with Secure OS/TEE required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Extensive experience with Linux graphics and multimedia stacks (OpenGL, Framebuffer, DRM/KMS, V4L2, ALSA, Wayland, Qt/QML).
- Proven ability to lead complex embedded software projects involving multi-modal IoT AI SoCs with emphasis on performance and security.
- Technical leader skilled in systems architecture, problem solving, and mentoring in a fast-paced environment.
