About This Role
- Design, build, modify, and optimize business-tier components, cloud solutions, web applications, and database objects using Microsoft Azure and SQL Server.
- Lead data migration, data modeling, and data flow activities using Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, and SQL technologies.
- Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and development teams to analyze requirements, estimate work, and implement efficient data-driven solutions with performance tuning.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years of overall experience in application design and development, especially with SQL Server design, programming, optimization, and Azure database components.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, MIS, IT, or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Azure technologies including Azure Data Factory and Data Flow; SQL Server; .NET Core; Power BI.
- Experience and expertise in designing data models; SQL query optimization; performance tuning; and working in a corporate environment collaborating across geographies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in end-to-end data engineering on Microsoft Azure platform with strong SQL Server background and performance tuning skills.
- Capable of translating high-level designs into detailed technical implementations and prototypes for stakeholder validation.
- Skilled in working cross-functionally with project managers, business analysts, operations, and networking teams to deliver robust data solutions at scale.
