Minimum Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience in project management with a focus on software development projects.
- Strong proficiency in Python programming.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Certifications in project management such as PMP or Scrum Master (preferred but not clearly mandatory).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations in complex projects.
- Familiar with project management methodologies including Agile and Waterfall.
- Capable of bridging technical and non-technical communication, with practical knowledge in project tools and process improvements.
