About This Role
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements while translating them into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Create and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), process flow diagrams, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools to monitor KPIs and communicate business insights to stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- 4-5 years of work experience in business analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SQL, and reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies, and familiarity with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Location requirement: Uttar Pradesh, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in end-to-end business analysis with strong skills in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with technical teams and product managers in an Agile environment.
- Skilled in data analysis and visualization to support business decision-making and performance monitoring.
