About This Role
- Own end-to-end business analysis for insurance sales lifecycle including requirement elicitation, documentation, validation, and sign-off.
- Translate insurance sales processes into detailed functional requirements, prepare user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
- Serve as single functional owner for assigned scope from initiation to production rollout, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- 4-5 years of hands-on Business Analyst experience.
- Strong exposure to end-to-end insurance sales processes (Life / Health / General Insurance).
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum and tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint.

- Demonstrated ability to independently manage and own requirements as an individual contributor.
- Expertise in translating complex insurance sales processes into clear functional requirements.
- Experience collaborating closely with business, technology, and QA stakeholders within an Agile delivery environment.
