About This Role
- Configure and build SAP ISU application focusing on Device Management (DM) module for North America utility clients.
- Provide functional design, develop, deploy solutions, and support Meter to Cash process including DM Master Data, Meter Upload/Download, Scheduling, and Service Notification configuration.
- Define test scenarios, create master data, and conduct unit, cycle, and integration testing across SAP ISU DM and related modules such as MM, PM, FICA, CS/CRM, and Billing.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- At least 6+ years of experience in SAP applications.
- Minimum of one full life-cycle SAP implementation experience, preferably in SAP ISU DM module.
- Mandatory knowledge of EDM, RTP, and AMI infrastructure and setup; strong knowledge of Meter to Cash process and Meter Upload & Download processes.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced with SAP ISU Device Management configuration and functional design, with exposure to North American utility operations.
- Able to handle cross-module dependencies and troubleshoot issues involving MM, PM, FICA, CS/CRM, and Billing in SAP.
- Possesses formal SAP DM training or certifications and adept at managing complex implementations and testing scenarios.
