About This Role
- Manage HR operations for U.S. corporate employees and contingent workforce from India, including employee administration, HRIS accuracy, and workforce compliance.
- Coordinate U.S. employee onboarding, ensuring all documentation and compliance requirements are completed and tracked.
- Support U.S. Payroll and Finance with HR data validation, payroll auditing, and discrepancy resolution to ensure accurate payroll processing.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of relevant HR experience.
- Work Mode: Onsite in Bengaluru or Visakhapatnam (5 days a week).
- Shift Timings: 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM IST.
- Experience specifically in HR operations supporting U.S. corporate employees and contingent workforce.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in detailed HRIS data management and compliance audit processes relevant to U.S. workforce.
- Capable of managing complex HR operational coordination across multiple internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Strong background in payroll support and discrepancy resolution within a U.S. corporate HR setting.
