About This Role
- Design, develop, and execute automated and manual test cases for embedded firmware (BIOS/UEFI) and server platforms to ensure high-quality software releases.
- Lead validation and debugging activities for firmware subsystems, collaborating with internal and outsourced teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Continuously improve testing methodologies, develop automation scripts (primarily in Python), and leverage AI/GenAI tools to enhance test coverage and productivity.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in embedded software testing and development, specifically firmware validation involving BIOS/UEFI and server platforms.
- Strong proficiency in Python scripting and test automation development, with experience in debugging firmware.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 5+ years embedded software testing and development.
