About This Role
- Manage and automate multi-environment platform engineering including integration, implementation, and infrastructure setup focused on DevOps, DevSecOps, Agile, and AIOps.
- Lead engineering transformation initiatives with focus on maturity improvement, process optimization, and adoption of modern engineering practices across customer environments.
- Drive community-building events, thought leadership, and continuous innovation via case studies, training, PoCs, and technology direction for complex automation and engineering solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- Over 10 years of experience in IT with deep expertise in software engineering processes and DevOps tools such as Jenkins, JFrog, ArgoCD, Harness, Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes, Rancher, and Kafka automation.
- Hands-on experience with Platform Engineering tools, DevSecOps (Veracode, Blackduck), ITSM processes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to work US day or night shifts to provide 24/7 operational coverage including weekends as required.
- Certified AWS/Azure/DevOps professional or equivalent certification preferred but not strictly mandatory.
