About This Role
- Lead end-to-end development and architecture of scalable Java microservices and web applications.
- Oversee deployment and orchestration using Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS cloud-native services.
- Mentor and coordinate cross-functional teams ensuring high code quality, performance, and maintainability.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 9 years of full-stack development experience with Java and Spring Boot.
- Proven experience building ReactJS applications in production.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and managing CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience managing AWS infrastructure including EC2, ECS, EKS, RDS, S3, and CloudWatch.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in microservices architecture, RESTful API design, and performance optimization.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing development teams and delivering projects on time.
- Able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to translate requirements and guide development.
