About This Role
- Own and scale end-to-end product lifecycle focusing on supply chain operations, including last mile logistics, procurement, and warehouse management.
- Lead cross-functional teams to align product strategy with business goals, ensuring quality and performance from development to launch.
- Drive operational excellence via KPIs, continuous improvement, vendor management, budgeting, and stakeholder advocacy for revenue growth and market positioning.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in product management and operations in fast-moving industries.
- Strong expertise in Last Mile logistics, procurement, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and integrated supply chain solutions.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field; certifications like PMP or Six Sigma are assets.
- Location requirement: Bengaluru; Salary range: INR 60-75 LPA.

- Experienced leader with proven ability to scale last mile logistics and procurement operations for high-volume products.
- Data-driven decision maker with capability to build operational dashboards, manage KPIs, and enforce SLAs.
