About This Role
- Provide analytical support for Specialty Servicing and Fulfillment Operations using Excel, SAS, SQL, Tableau, Alteryx, and other BI tools.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance end-to-end reporting solutions including operational performance summaries and insights for senior management.
- Lead coordination and production of product performance reports, ensure data quality, and identify process improvements through data analysis.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate degree (any stream).
- 12+ years of analytics and reporting experience.
- Proficiency in advanced SQL, SAS, Alteryx, Tableau, Excel, and Python.
- Strong communication skills and experience presenting data-driven insights to executive leadership.

- Experienced in large-scale data analysis supporting business decisions in Specialty Servicing or related financial operations.
- Ability to independently manage reporting projects, optimize code and BI tools to align with business needs.
- Skilled at mentoring analytics teams and improving processes for operational efficiency and reporting accuracy.
