About This Role
- Manage and lead multi-function programs to drive embedded software/firmware development and implementation, ensuring schedules, budgets, and resources meet product requirements.
- Own coordination of security requirements, planning, and deliverables to enhance HPC firmware/software security posture.
- Lead firmware/software build, publishing, and release activities for the organization.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 10+ years experience in program management of embedded software, firmware, or security programs.
- Experience with Agile Scrum methodology is required.
- Experience with High Performance Computing (HPC) projects and requirements.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing complex, cross-functional engineering programs with matrixed teams and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with senior management and negotiate program plans and adjustments.
- Familiar with tools like Jira for program management and tracking in technical, security-focused environments.
