About This Role
- Lead governance, coordination, and execution readiness for HPE's strategic SAP opportunities and programs from qualification through booking.
- Manage multi-region, multi-workstream SAP engagements by coordinating across sales, solution architects, finance, legal, procurement, delivery, and executives.
- Develop executive reports, track milestones, manage risks and dependencies, and drive continuous improvement to scale SAP program efficiency and reduce risk.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in program management, PMO, operations, consulting, or complex deal management.
- Experience managing large enterprise technology programs or strategic customer engagements.
- Work Location: Remote/Teleworker (Primarily work from home).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading large, complex SAP or ERP transformation programs involving cross-functional global teams.
- Comfortable managing multi-stakeholder governance with executive-level communication and influence across organizational boundaries.
- Proficient in operational discipline for improving cycle times, reducing risk, and enhancing execution efficiency in enterprise technology sales and delivery environments.
