About This Role
- Drive sales growth by developing business opportunities in OEM and industrial automation sectors within Vadodara and nearby regions.
- Manage full sales cycle including customer needs assessment, techno-commercial proposal preparation, and order closure for automation products like PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, VFDs, and control panels.
- Collaborate with engineering teams for technical solutions and achieve monthly and annual sales targets while building long-term customer relationships.
Minimum Requirements
- 4-8 years of experience in Industrial Automation sales or technical support.
- Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or related engineering disciplines.
- Hands-on experience with Siemens PLC, HMI, SCADA, VFD, and industrial communication systems.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Vadodara region and nearby industrial areas.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in interfacing with OEMs, machine builders, and panel builders indicating strong market and domain knowledge.
- Capable of understanding complex automation applications to recommend appropriate technical solutions.
- Typically a candidate transitioning from application engineering or technical roles into sales with a technical background and knowledge of Siemens automation products.
