About This Role
- Work directly with business stakeholders to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable digital delivery requirements, including user stories and functional specifications.
- Apply an AI-first approach to enhance business analysis and process optimization using AI and Generative AI tools, accelerating validation and solution exploration.
- Bridge business and technical teams throughout delivery lifecycle while considering data dependencies, quality, and governance in shaping solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience: Strong Business Analyst experience with data/CRM/Salesforce exposure; Experience in requirements gathering, analyzing, and documentation including user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Must be proficient in using AI and Generative AI tools to improve analysis and documentation effectiveness.
- Location: Must be able to work onsite in Bangalore, India.
- Professional proficiency in English; Experience working within international or distributed organizations.
