About This Role
- Own the validation of digital solutions against business and functional requirements ensuring production readiness and alignment with acceptance criteria.
- Develop and maintain structured validation scenarios and perform evidence-based reporting of outcomes and any deviations detected.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and delivery teams to resolve issues, ensuring traceability from requirements to production deployment in a multinational team setting.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in business acceptance, solution validation, functional testing, QA analysis, UAT, or similar roles in digital or technology delivery environments.
- Ability to work on-site in Bangalore with alignment to GMT timezone (starting at 1:00 PM IST).
- Strong proficiency in English and experience working in international and multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong skills in transforming functional requirements into validation scenarios and managing traceability for acceptance and production readiness assessments.

- Experienced in bridging business requirements with technology delivery and validating data-driven or digital solutions at scale.
- Comfortable working in agile/iterative environments with international stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.
- Demonstrates strong analytical thinking with a focus on outcome-driven validation, including the use of AI-assisted tools like Microsoft Copilot to enhance validation and analysis efficiency.
