About This Role
- Develop and clarify business needs and solution scopes for customer-facing web/mobile apps and loyalty/marketing systems within retail technology.
- Document requirements, business cases, process and data models, and assist in test script development and user acceptance testing.
- Facilitate meetings up to Director level; manage stakeholder communication and assist in performance metric determination.
Minimum Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Experience in retail technology environment preferred; retail supply chain experience is a plus.
- IIBA Certification desired but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in medium to large project management within retail technology or supply chain contexts.
- Skilled in detailed requirements documentation, business case development, process and data modeling.
- Comfortable facilitating meetings with senior stakeholders and managing cross-functional communications.
