About This Role
- Administer and optimize Dell EMC storage infrastructure including PowerMax, Unity, VNX, IsilonPowerScale, XtremIO, and PowerStore platforms in enterprise data centers.
- Manage storage provisioning, perform SAN and NAS configuration, and ensure high availability and performance of storage systems.
- Drive disaster recovery readiness including replication technologies configuration and participate in problem resolution up to L3 level using ITIL processes.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in system management and storage administration.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with EMC Storage and related concepts: SAN, NAS, FC, iSCSI, NFS, SMB/CIFS, RAID, thin provisioning, snapshots, and replication technologies.
- Experience in troubleshooting storage systems up to L3 and performing root cause analysis.
- Location requirement: Coimbatore.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing complex enterprise-grade storage infrastructures with a focus on Dell EMC platforms.
- Capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams including VMware, Windows, Linux, and database groups for integrated storage solutions.
- Comfortable working in ITIL-governed environments supporting incident, problem, change, and configuration management with SLA adherence.
