About This Role
- Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment coordination, onboarding, attendance and leave management, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and employee lifecycle activities.
- Coordinate background verification, employee medical insurance enrollment and claims support, and oversee employee exit formalities including full and final settlement.
- Maintain HRMS records, ensure timely and accurate payroll inputs, resolve employee queries related to HR services, and prepare HR MIS and reports for management.
Minimum Requirements
- 4–6 years of relevant HR experience, preferably handling US working hours.
- Graduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; MBA/PG Diploma in HR is a plus.
- Location: Any city in India; Mumbai preferred.
- Experience with statutory compliance (EPF, ESI, professional tax) and payroll processing coordination.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced HR professional skilled in managing comprehensive HR operations and employee lifecycle within a medium to large organizational setting.
- Comfortable coordinating between multiple stakeholders including hiring managers, payroll, external vendors, and insurance providers.
- Proficient in HRMS data management, statutory compliance adherence, and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
