About This Role
- Manage and lead a team responsible for IT Quality, including defect management, sanity checks, and quality assurance testing.
- Accountable for delivery of IT Quality services across one or more businesses or regions, including planning, budgeting, and policy formulation.
- Drive IT Quality strategies, analyze organizational trends to improve processes, and ensure alignment with business strategy and goals.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years experience in an IT Quality role with people management experience.
- Bachelor’s/University degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel.
- Work Experience Required: 10+ years in IT Quality with management responsibility.

- Experienced in managing complex IT Quality functions impacting multiple teams or regions.
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to align IT Quality initiatives with business strategy.
- Able to communicate and negotiate effectively at senior levels within and outside the organization.
