About This Role
- Convert unstructured documents into structured data using AI-driven extraction rules and LLM prompt engineering.
- Maintain and enhance Python-based extraction workflows including parsing, validation, testing, and error handling.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and US data science team to define requirements, evaluate outputs, and manage improvement backlog in Azure DevOps.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Applied Math, or equivalent experience.
- 2 to 5 years of experience as AI Engineer or Prompt Engineer with enterprise-scale datasets or high-volume document processing.
- Practical experience in Python/Spark programming, prompt engineering for LLMs, CI/CD, and working knowledge of Azure AI/Cognitive Search and Azure OpenAI.
- Work model is hybrid; flexibility to work onsite in India as required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in designing data science experiments and prompt evaluation protocols with measurable accuracy and precision/recall metrics.
- Strong operational ownership of end-to-end extraction pipelines, including coding, testing, debugging, and continuous improvement.
- Able to partner effectively with technical and business teams across geographies, documenting workflows and managing priorities in Azure DevOps.
