About This Role
- Lead and coordinate complex product security incident investigations and resolution across engineering and product teams.
- Drive timely, coordinated response to vulnerabilities with ownership of fix implementation and release coordination under incident pressure.
- Shape and improve product security incident response processes including CVE disclosure, root cause analyses, and continuous improvement efforts.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 8 years related experience with Bachelor's degree (alternatively, 6 years with Master's, or PhD with 3 years).
- At least 4 years auditing source code for security vulnerabilities.
- Ability to read and understand Java and JavaScript code; proficient in Python and JavaScript scripting.
- Demonstrated leadership during significant security events and willingness to participate in on-call coverage.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in product security incident response, vulnerability research, or application security within software or SaaS platforms.
- Strong understanding of SDLC integration, CI/CD pipelines, SaaS threat models and secure development practices.
- Skilled in coordinating cross-functional teams to drive fixes from discovery through release under operational pressure.
