About This Role
- Design and build production-grade AI systems using Generative AI, RAG, GraphRAG, knowledge graphs, vector search, and LLM orchestration.
- Develop and maintain scalable AI workflows, pipelines, and APIs across healthcare, enterprise software, and data platforms.
- Implement and oversee security and compliance measures such as HIPAA-grade controls, RBAC, and encryption in deployed solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of software engineering experience with significant hands-on AI/ML or Generative AI work.
- Strong proficiency in Python and FastAPI; experience with LLMs and AI agent frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex.
- Hands-on experience with knowledge graphs (Neo4j and Cypher), vector databases (Qdrant, Pinecone, ChromaDB, pgvector), and backend tech including PostgreSQL, Redis, Node.js, and TypeScript.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (IT / Computer Science) or equivalent practical experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in end-to-end AI product development from experimentation to production spanning multiple domains including healthcare and enterprise software.
- Comfortable working across AI, backend, data engineering, and cloud deployment (AWS/GCP) with serverless and containerized environments.
- Demonstrates ability to architect secure, multi-tenant SaaS platforms ensuring compliance and fine-tuning operational performance of AI models and pipelines.
