About This Role
- Design, develop, and deliver interactive Power BI dashboards focused on project portfolio management and financial analysis with drill-down capabilities and trend forecasting.
- Integrate and model data from multiple sources including Dynamics 365 (D365 F&O), SharePoint Lists, Microsoft Teams Planner, and Excel using common keys like Project Number and PO Number.
- Collaborate closely with technical leads and client executives through discovery calls and requirement sessions to translate business goals into precise dashboard deliverables.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Power BI and advanced DAX development including custom visuals and drill-through actions.
- Direct experience integrating and modeling data from Dynamics 365 (D365 F&O), SharePoint Online, Microsoft Planner, and Excel.
- Strong skills in SQL for data verification, extraction, and schema mapping.
- Work Experience Required: 3+ years in relevant technical skills and data integration.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in enterprise-level Power BI report development with strong expertise in data modeling across multiple disparate systems using star/snowflake schemas.
- Knowledgeable of project management metrics (SPI, CPI, Risk Scoring) and financial indicators (cash flows, purchase orders, milestones) relevant to portfolio and financial dashboards.
- Comfortable working in a project-based environment with accountability for effort estimation and timely delivery of BI solutions.
