About This Role
- Develop and maintain SQL-based reports, dashboards, and data analysis for Customer Operations to inform performance and customer journey insights.
- Perform data quality checks, automate processes, and improve reporting frameworks to ensure accuracy and ease of access to trusted information.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and support self-service analytics through well-documented data products.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Data Analyst.
- Graduate degree required.
- Shift timings: 6:30 AM IST - 2:30 AM IST, 5 working days per week.
- Must have a noise-free, separate room for work-from-home setup with stable Wi-Fi (minimum 75 Mbps) and uninterrupted power supply; location: Gurugram.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong technical skills in SQL and coding to transform and analyze data effectively.
- Experience or interest in data modeling, automation, and improving reporting processes in an operational environment.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and a proactive approach to enhancing data practices.
