About This Role
- Analyze and resolve performance bottlenecks in backend and frontend applications affecting latency, throughput, and scalability.
- Optimize APIs and backend services using Python and Java; improve frontend performance using Next.js and React.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and validate production-ready fixes aligned with non-functional requirements and SLAs.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in software development with strong proficiency in Python and Java for backend services.
- Hands-on experience with Next.js and React for frontend performance optimization.
- Experience in application performance tuning including CPU, memory, I/O, network, and working knowledge of monitoring tools like AWS CloudWatch or New Relic.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture, distributed systems, and databases such as DynamoDB.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in performance analysis and optimization in high-traffic or business-critical web applications.
- Skilled in end-to-end full stack development with ability to handle both backend and frontend performance improvements.
- Comfortable working remotely with cross-disciplinary teams, including QA and performance engineering, to drive scalable system reliability.
