About This Role
- Design, develop, and deploy complex data reconciliation systems and automated control pipelines including multi-way matching algorithms and break classification logic.
- Develop and optimize scalable data extraction, transformation, and ingestion pipelines using advanced Python, SQL, and Apache Spark/PySpark for large financial datasets.
- Serve as a technical subject matter expert liaising with stakeholders to ensure data integrity, risk control compliance, and timely delivery of solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- 6-8+ years of hands-on software development, data engineering, or reconciliation systems configuration experience in Financial Services or Capital Markets.
- Advanced proficiency in Python (including Pandas, NumPy, PySpark) and SQL (complex joins, analytical functions, query optimization).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Financial Technology, or related quantitative field.
- Experience with containerized deployment (Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift) and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Bitbucket/GitLab).

- Senior individual contributor with a proven track record delivering complex, business-critical solutions independently in financial services technology.
- Strong technical expertise in reconciliation logic, data schemas, and scalable data pipeline development for high-throughput transaction processing.
- Experience working cross-functionally with business analysts, operations, product teams, and enterprise architects to drive solution end-to-end from technical design to deployment.
