About This Role
- Lead multiple concurrent iOS/iPadOS mobile development projects across the full software development lifecycle including design, coding, testing, and release.
- Own and define iOS/iPadOS technical architecture, standards, and best practices to ensure high performance, reliability, and user experience.
- Drive adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices to improve code quality and delivery speed and mentor mobile engineers across iOS and Android platforms.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of applied software engineering experience with formal training or certification.
- Advanced proficiency in iOS development technologies (Swift, Xcode, SwiftUI/UIKit, Combine, Swift Concurrency) and working knowledge of Objective-C; working knowledge of Android development (Kotlin, Android SDK) is required.
- Strong mobile security knowledge and practical experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and App Store/Play Store publishing.

- Experienced in leading mobile delivery teams or workstreams with a proven track record of building maintainable, high-quality mobile apps.
- Skilled in integrating AI-assisted development tools responsibly, including coaching teams on secure and compliant adoption practices.
- Familiar with financial services domain, cloud-native development, and secure mobile app practices in regulated environments.
