About This Role
- Lead automation strategy and roadmap aligned with project and business goals, including design and optimization of automation frameworks (UI, API, integration, regression).
- Mentor and lead an automation team ensuring high-quality deliverables, adherence to coding standards, and best practices.
- Hands-on development and execution of automation using PowerShell, Python, React, Node JS, API, SQL Query, HTML, and management of CI/CD pipelines via GitHub Actions.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Automation & Scripting in a lead role.
- Proficiency in PowerShell, Python, React, Node JS scripting, API integration, SQL Query, HTML, and GitHub Actions for CI/CD.
- Experience designing and developing Power BI dashboards.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum team environments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrates capability to independently drive end-to-end automation initiatives and improve existing frameworks and workflows.
- Experienced in full stack development with an ability to coordinate within Agile teams effectively.
- Skilled in tracking automation metrics and defect trends, and communicating status to stakeholders regularly.
