About This Role
- Design and implement high-throughput, low-latency Python backend services and SQL data pipelines processing large volumes of financial market data.
- Translate regulatory mandates and surveillance policies into automated control algorithms and monitoring systems.
- Lead technical decisions, optimize system performance, and collaborate with risk, trading, and compliance teams to enhance operational resilience and ensure regulatory compliance.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of professional software engineering experience with strong expertise in Python backend applications and data pipelines.
- Advanced SQL skills including relational database design, query optimization, and performance tuning.
- Domain knowledge in Investment Banking and Capital Markets, understanding trade lifecycles and market risk analytics.
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred); Location: Pune with hybrid working model.
