About This Role
- Design, implement, and support Microsoft SQL Server databases across on-prem and cloud environments.
- Develop and maintain automation for SQL Server provisioning, patching, and releases using Ansible Automation Platform.
- Collaborate in product planning and delivery aligning database infrastructure with product goals.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related Technology field.
- 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server and Ansible.
- Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server Database and Tools, Ansible Automation Platform, YAML, and PowerShell scripting.
- Familiarity with Windows OS, Active Directory, GitHub, Always On Availability Groups, and database backup solutions like Commvault or Cohesity.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in complex Ansible scripting and automation for database infrastructure.
- Able to independently troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in SQL Server environments.
- Comfortable working in hybrid settings within global teams focusing on innovation and service delivery in healthcare IT solutions.
