About This Role
- Design, build, test, deploy, and continuously improve enterprise AI solutions including GenAI, agentic AI, and predictive models supporting Business Health, Commercial, and Finance functions.
- Develop scalable LLM applications, AI agents, retrieval augmented generation (RAG) systems, and automate recurrent analyses to improve forecasting, planning, risk visibility, and executive decision support.
- Lead technical workstreams, including architecture/code reviews, mentoring engineers, and establishing AI engineering best practices and governance for secure, traceable AI systems.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, AI/ML engineering, or related field with a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience designing, building, and deploying GenAI, agentic AI, RAG, or machine learning solutions with measurable business outcomes.
- Strong expertise in machine learning including time-series modeling, forecasting, embeddings, vector databases, LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI solution deployment on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Advanced Python programming skills and experience with production APIs, microservices, CI/CD, observability, and enterprise-grade AI security and governance.

- Experienced technical leader capable of end-to-end AI solution architecture, development, deployment, and iteration in complex, security-conscious, or regulated enterprise environments.
- Deep domain knowledge of scalable LLM applications, multi-agent AI patterns, human-in-the-loop design, and AI evaluation metrics focused on commercial and financial impact.
- Hands-on expertise with enterprise AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph), cloud AI services (AWS Bedrock, SageMaker), and integrating heterogeneous data sources for executive-level decision support.
