About This Role
- Lead business analysis and Scrum activities for mobile banking application development, translating business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and coordinate cross-functional mobile development teams including iOS, Android, APIs, backend services, and QA to ensure sprint progress and delivery commitments.
- Support testing phases including functional testing, UAT, defect resolution, and ensure compliance with banking processes, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years experience in business analysis, Scrum, or Agile delivery, specifically within the banking domain.
- Experience with mobile application development lifecycles on iOS and Android platforms, REST APIs, and system integrations.
- Hands-on experience using Jira and Confluence for managing user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Work Experience Required: 6+ years (stated as Senior Software Developer experience)
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing and coordinating agile delivery teams across multiple mobile banking platforms and backend integrations.
- Skilled in stakeholder management with strong communication and problem-solving capabilities relevant to digital banking solutions.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM/PSM) or business analysis certification is a plus, indicating deeper Agile and domain expertise.
