About This Role
- Develop and implement the conversational LLM bot layer in front of existing IVR intents, focusing on intent classification, entity extraction, and dynamic routing to IVR paths.
- Implement guardrails to ensure compliance and accurate financial data retrieval, reducing hallucinations and enforcing deterministic responses.
- Integrate Conversational AI voice technologies using Amazon Bedrock/OpenAI APIs and Amazon Lex with LLM orchestration frameworks like LangChain and LlamaIndex.
Minimum Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in Conversational AI with real-world intent-routing and guardrail implementation experience.
- Technical skills mandatory: LLM orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex), Python, prompt engineering.
- Experience in voice integration using Amazon Bedrock/OpenAI APIs and Amazon Lex.
- Work Experience Required: 7-10 years

- Experienced in designing and deploying real-time voice conversational AI bots with low latency for IVR systems.
- Strong proficiency in building and enforcing guardrails and deterministic response mechanisms in LLM-based bots.
