About This Role
- Lead end-to-end delivery of retail technology projects (ERP, POS, Oracle Retail) from Hyderabad with offshore and US teams.
- Own project plans, budgets, risks, scope, schedule, and client communication to ensure on-time, quality delivery.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers and testers; conduct status meetings, steering committees, and ensure smooth go-lives.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 8 years IT delivery experience, including 4+ years as a project manager.
- Experience delivering ERP, POS, or retail technology projects; Oracle Retail experience is a strong plus.
- Proficient with Jira, Confluence, and MS Project or similar tools.
- Preferred certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum; Location: Hyderabad.

- Experienced in managing complex, multi-location retail technology projects with a focus on delivery and client communication.
- Skilled in agile and hybrid project management methodologies with strong stakeholder management, especially with US clients.
