About This Role
- Manage merchant-facing purchase order tracking and coordinate shipments to ensure timely load pickups from fulfillment centers.
- Create compliant shipping documentation including Bills of Lading, packing slips, shipping labels, and arrange dock appointments per retailer standards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Implementation, Supply Chain Innovation, and Merchant Success teams to support large B2B merchants and resolve shipment issues while maintaining product safety and compliance.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience managing operations and backend activities with coordination across multiple departments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel (intermediary skills), and competent with internet navigation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Work Shift: 7:30 pm - 4:30 am IST; Location: Remote - India.
