About This Role
- Oversee and manage critical production support processes for financial systems including data sourcing, transformation, validation, and incident management.
- Own end-to-end operational monitoring, incident tracking, triage, and problem resolution to ensure financial system reliability and performance.
- Coordinate across finance technology platforms with a focus on regulatory reporting requirements and operational calendar management.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technology-related field, preferably Computer Science.
- Minimum 3 years experience in financial systems implementation, production support, and incident management.
- Advanced SQL skills and knowledge of job scheduling tools such as Airflow and Automic.
- Flexibility to work in shifts including weekend rotational support.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in handling financial and regulatory reporting production environments with strong technical troubleshooting capabilities.
- Skilled in managing operational processes under pressure with a focus on efficiency and incident resolution.
- Familiar with finance technology platforms and tools including MS Excel, PowerPoint, MemSQL, Putty, and preferably Google Cloud Platform components.
