About This Role
- Manage and maintain merchant-facing purchase order trackers and ensure compliance with retailer shipping standards.
- Coordinate shipments and logistics including load pickups, dock appointments, and accurate shipping documentation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Product, Implementation, and Merchant Success teams to support large B2B merchants and drive operational excellence.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience managing operations and coordinating backend activities with multiple departments.
- Proficient in English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel and competence in Word and internet navigation.
- Shift timing is 2:30 pm - 11:30 pm IST; Location: Remote - India.

- Experience handling high-volume B2B merchant operations and shipment coordination under defined SOPs.
- Comfortable working in a cross-functional, operationally focused environment adhering to strict quality and compliance standards.
