About This Role
- Own and manage strategic partnerships and stakeholder engagement to advance programme objectives and enable scale, with a focus on women and girls empowerment.
- Translate programme evidence and implementation experience into compelling narratives and amplify programme learning through various platforms and networks.
- Build and sustain high-trust relationships with government, development partners, private sector, media, and research institutions to strengthen external engagement and programme positioning.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-10 years of relevant professional experience in development consulting, government engagement, international development, strategic communications, media, partnerships, or related fields.
- Postgraduate degree in development studies, economics, public policy, management, social sciences, communications, or a related discipline.
- Experience engaging with government, bilateral and multilateral organisations, development institutions, private sector stakeholders, or media.
- Work Experience Required: 8-10 years

- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement stakeholder engagement strategies and partnership propositions that align with programme goals and enable scale.
