About This Role
- Support end-to-end Agile delivery for Health Transformation and Legacy Health change initiatives within persistent delivery squads.
- Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements; create user stories with testable acceptance criteria using Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, and optionally Azure DevOps.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with Product Owners, Engineers, Architects, and Quality Engineering teams to ensure solutions meet business outcomes, supporting testing and business acceptance activities.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience as a Senior Business Analyst in Agile software and technology delivery environments involving Product, Engineering, and Architecture teams.
- Strong skills in requirements elicitation, analysis, process and system modelling, and creating high-quality user stories with acceptance criteria.
- Experience working effectively across geographically distributed teams and with UK-based stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Agile delivery tools, specifically Jira and Confluence; experience with Azure DevOps or equivalent tooling is preferred but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing complex change initiatives in regulated or highly structured sectors, preferably Health Insurance, Financial Services, or similar.
- Able to operate within cross-functional Agile delivery squads managing full lifecycle from discovery to implementation in digital transformation and legacy system modernization contexts.
- Skilled in bridging business and technical teams, with capabilities in stakeholder facilitation, process modeling, and understanding of integrations, data flows, and compliance impact.
