About This Role
- Own end-to-end business analysis for automation/AI projects from initial stakeholder engagement through to production stabilization and handover.
- Lead process discovery, define detailed functional/non-functional requirements, and produce key deliverables such as Process Design Documents, test strategies, and training materials.
- Assess automation feasibility, build ROI business cases, collaborate with architects/developers, and mentor junior analysts.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years Business Analysis experience focused on Intelligent Automation, RPA, or AI-driven engineering, including 2+ years in senior/lead analyst roles.
- Proven expertise with AI architectures involving LLMs, API integrations, and unstructured data handling.
- Experience authoring PDDs and contributing to SDDs with requirements traceability.
- Specific exposure to UiPath and/or Blue Prism platforms.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong capability to lead structured discovery and process re-engineering for efficient automation solutions.
- Experienced in Agile methodologies acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Skilled in quantifying and presenting automation business cases and managing complex process maps and exception handling documentation.
