About This Role
- Lead detailed elicitation, documentation, and validation of business and functional requirements for Genesis Procurement transformation.
- Support testing activities including test planning, execution of system, integration, and UAT, and defect triage.
- Prepare training materials and support training delivery to ensure successful adoption of Genesis products.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in digital, data, or transformation programmes, with strong documentation skills (user stories, process flows, functional specs).
- Knowledge of Procurement and/or Source-to-Pay processes.
- Experience supporting testing activities including UAT and defect management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 8+ years experience preferable, particularly in Agile or product-led delivery environments.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills enabling translation of complex concepts into clear documentation.
- Experience working collaboratively with Product Managers, developers, data scientists, and business stakeholders in transformation initiatives.
