About This Role
- Lead end-to-end implementations and enhancements of Oracle Cloud EPM Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS) and Account Reconciliation (ARCS) modules.
- Design, configure, and optimize consolidation, close, reconciliation, and reporting processes including currency translation, intercompany eliminations, ownership management, and journal workflows.
- Manage integration with ERP systems and support all deployment phases including testing, cutover, go-live and post-production support.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of Oracle EPM experience with hands-on expertise in FCCS and ARCS modules.
- At least two full lifecycle Oracle EPM implementations including one FCCS implementation.
- Experience with configuration of consolidation accounting, multi-GAAP reporting, reconciliation compliance, and Oracle Cloud EPM reporting tools.
- Valid passport and willingness to travel with work schedule aligned to MENA business timings Sunday to Thursday.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Deep domain knowledge in consolidation accounting, multi-GAAP reporting, currency translation, and close process automation within Oracle Cloud EPM.
- Proven ability to deliver complex FCCS and ARCS solutions independently with fluency in integrations involving Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and other systems.
- Experience working in diverse industries such as government, retail, energy, financial services, or utilities, and managing compliance and audit requirements in close processes.
