About This Role
- Lead and manage IAM operations automation focusing on ServiceNow workflows and access provisioning.
- Develop and maintain Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) processes, role-based access control, and access request approval workflows.
- Utilize tools including ServiceNow Flow Designer, PowerShell, APIs, and Active Directory for IAM governance and cyber security engineering tasks.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IAM operations and automation.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow, Active Directory, and IAM operational processes (JML, access provisioning, RBAC).
- Technical skills including ServiceNow Flow Designer, PowerShell scripting, APIs, and cyber security engineering with MS Entra and AD.
- Work Experience Required: 5+ years. Location: Remote.
