About This Role
- Provide hands-on IT helpdesk support for hardware, software, user access, and connectivity to maintain smooth engineering operations.
- Support and maintain AWS cloud environments and Linux compute systems for engineering design and simulation workloads.
- Manage lab and facilities operations including equipment setup, maintenance, inventory, and minor repairs to ensure readiness and reduce disruptions.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of IT experience with hands-on helpdesk, desktop support, or systems administration.
- Experience troubleshooting computer hardware, operating systems, business applications, user access, and basic networking.
- On-site work location in Bengaluru, India.
- Work Experience Required: 5+ years of IT support; other specific domain experience is not explicitly required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced working independently on-site while coordinating effectively with remote IT teams and local vendors.
- Operational familiarity with lab equipment handling, ESD safety procedures, and small facilities maintenance, preferably in semiconductor/electronics/photonics environments.
- Proven organizational skills to maintain equipment records, inventory, and workspace orderliness enabling efficient team operations.
