About This Role
- Accountable for governance of general accounting processes including month end close, journals, accruals, and reconciliations.
- Lead analytical review of ledger accounts pre-close and oversee balance sheet reconciliations and substantiations across businesses.
- Manage a diverse team of 50+ FTEs, maintaining KPIs/SLAs, cross-training, resilience planning, and delivery review in an outsourcing environment.
Minimum Requirements
- Around 12-13 years of relevant experience in an outsourcing environment.
- Qualified Accountant or Semi Qualified (qualification mandatory).
- Experience managing large teams (50+ FTEs).
- Work Experience Required: Approximately 12-13 years in relevant roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader comfortable managing large, diverse teams in general accounting within outsourcing contexts.
- Strong expertise in month end close processes and balance sheet governance with proven ability to manage KPIs and SLAs.
- Operationally focused with skills in cross-training facilitation and resilience planning to ensure continuous delivery excellence.
