About This Role
- Lead and manage relationships with Third Party Logistics providers to ensure efficient and cost-effective warehouse and distribution operations.
- Develop and execute regional and local warehouse and distribution strategies including sourcing, supplier base rationalization, contract standardization, and compliance with global standards.
- Own operational KPIs, cost management, compliance activities, and smooth execution of warehouse transitions while driving continuous improvement programs.
Minimum Requirements
- 4-5 years of industry experience in supply chain, warehousing, and transportation.
- Experience managing large scale transformational projects.
- Location requirement: Mumbai, India.
- Preferred certifications: Green Belt Six Sigma or APICS (not mandatory).

- Experienced in complex, dynamic supply chain environments with strong business acumen and end-to-end supply chain understanding.
- Proven track record in supplier relationship management and cost optimization within warehouse and distribution operations.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with ability to influence cross-functional teams and implement standardized processes.
