About This Role
- Maintain high availability and performance of critical financial pipelines in Calypso Platform.
- Handle Level 3 escalation support and monitor real-time application performance.
- Manage EOD and intraday batch processing, data feeds, and scheduled financial reporting tasks.
Minimum Requirements
- 10-15 years of experience in Calypso Platform SRE or Production Support.
- Strong expertise in Calypso architecture, APIs, integration interfaces, and financial systems.
- Proficient in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, query optimization, UNIX/Linux administration, shell scripting, and infrastructure troubleshooting.
- Experience with CI/CD, deployment automation, containerized infrastructure, Observability/SRE tools (Grafana), and incident management platforms (PagerDuty, ServiceNow).
- On-site work location: Mumbai (BKC/Thane).

- Experienced in managing high-volume financial systems with heavy market traffic.
- Skilled in proactive incident management and performance tuning within complex financial environments.
- Capable of end-to-end ownership of production support and timely resolution of critical escalations.
