About This Role
- Manage Salesforce DevOps processes including Gearset CI/CD pipelines, deployment approvals, and rollback operations.
- Ensure compliance with SOX release gates and maintain change traceability and release quality through deployment logs and failure triage.
- Implement and oversee credential security, least-privilege access, and audit evidence for all releases.
Minimum Requirements
- 6-10 years work experience in Salesforce DevOps or related roles.
- Experience with Gearset CI/CD, Git integration, Salesforce CLI, Metadata API, and automated testing including Apex testing and static analysis.
- Proficiency in scripting using PowerShell, Bash, or Python and API automation.
- Remote work with mandatory one-week client onsite visit during onboarding.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Expertise in managing complex Salesforce DevOps environments with strong security and compliance focus, especially SOX controls.
- Hands-on experience with data masking techniques and sandbox refresh management involving sensitive data.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and failure analysis within CI/CD pipelines to maintain release quality.
